Our Response

Virtual Training and Development Solutions, LLC. created a platform that we believe will work for future training and emergency response preparedness. 

We will train at all tiers to create our emergency response network.

Tier 1-All Healthcare Professionals (nurses, doctors, EMT's, and others clinicians)

Tier 2-Businesses, and Organizations (Churches, Schools, and other Agencies)

Tier 3-Individuals (Adults)

Tier 4-Teens 

Tier 5 Youth 

Emergency Response Task Force Team Training Program 

Join us in preparing you, your  organization or your workforce by becoming part of our Emergency Response Task Force Team.  We’ll train you individually, as a family or as a group to become ERTF responders.

Our Statement

ERTF Responders in our Emergency Response Task Force Team Training Program are prepared to begin further training as a personal care aid, patient technician, or certified nursing assistant.  These responders are also prepared to respond to emergencies within their home, business or organization.

ERTF Responders will receive continuous monitoring and training through our RQI platform for quality and compliance training or through our educational policy updates.

ERTF Responders who are not interested in future health careers can choose our non-clinical training options unless they would like to gain Basic Life Skills as a personal care aid/technician for their family, future health care opportunity or other areas.
