Dr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Human Services, followed by a Master of Science in Business: Training and Development, a Master of Education in Postsecondary and Adult Education, a Post-Master’s Certificate in Teaching, and a Doctor of Health Sciences. 

With over 23 years of professional administrative, managerial, and leadership in community, healthcare, postsecondary education, and K-12 instruction, Dr. Brown has overseen and taught CPR (ACLS and BLS), First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, Infection Control, Health and Business Administration, Workplace Safety, Diabetes Prevention, Health and Wellness, Allied Health Science, Anatomy and Physiology, Middle School Medical Detectives, and High School Biology. She has also developed and implemented online learning programs, healthcare delivery systems, policy management, educational credentialing programs, after-school and teen programs, guided apprentices and interns, and instructed youth, teens, and adults in academic and faith-based settings. 

Her journey into educational services became personal when she facilitated the homeschool education of her now 22-year-old son who was diagnosed as high-functioning on the Asperger Autism Spectrum. Through years of hands-on experience, research-based curriculum development, and a deep understanding of how students learn, she recognized a growing need for structured, high-quality homeschool enrichment, workforce development, senior and resident services.

Bringing education leadership experience, healthcare education background, administrative and operational expertise, curriculum design experience and project management capability.

That vision led to the development of our new Homeschool, Workforce Development, and Senior Connect Workforce and Resident Success Hubs, programs rooted in research, experience, mentorship, and a passion for helping all students, businesses, seniors, and residents thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
